Tree of Life is an ornamental sculpture modeled around Alice Steele’s arm. It represents how our progressive era of freedom conflicts with a planet with a finite lifespan due to our mistreatment.

Brushed pewter mimics bark while the cast pewter branches signify the planet in irreversible change. The violence of bent metal contrasts with its fragility to the wearer.
