Hymenaeus, Pre History. (Hymen - A god, a song, a membrane.)

The Greek deity of marriage. This hero of the hymeneal song bears his name as a testament to his divine domain. His lineage is shrouded in myth, with tales of parentage unknown and ranging from Apollo and one of the Muses, to Dionysus and Aphrodite. Some say he vanished on his own wedding day and has since been forever sought after to bless the unions of mortals.
